Soap Murphey, often used to disinfect the floor is made of wood.

Since wood is porous, the smells are actually the wood in the headquarters. You can clean it with what you want, but the smell still leaks through the forest. Chuck and buy a new toilet seat. They are inexpensive and easy to install. And I do not recommend the purchase of another wooden seat. I recommend one of those typical hard plastic seats. Easy to clean non porous, and lasts longer. It is not recommended "soft seating", which are slightly padded. They are difficult to clean and not so long as the normal rate.
